Absolute Beginner Class – There will be two make up classes offered August 7th and 28th.

HATHA YOGA with Felicia Meyer is back every Wednesday at 8:30 am – August 6th & 13th classes are cancelled

Lighten Up Yoga – Taught by Nancy Pfeiffer is a fun, free-style yoga to wrap up your day. Mondays at 5:30 pm


Mysore Style - Originated in Mysore, India by Sri, K. Pattabhi Jois. Mysore style teaches Astanga yoga. This time is designed for the individual who would enjoy time to practice with instructor observing. (Astanga series handouts will be provided). Because of this, one can arrive to the studio between 7:00 - 7:45, which would allow at least a half-hour practice. All levels invited! Mysore style incrementally unfolds the primary series to each student on an individual basis to meet the needs and level of each student. Teacher, Margaret Burkesmith, Tues/Thurs 7 am.
